Class Descriptions

Metcon – Short for metabolic conditioning, Metcon is a working at a high-intensity for a sustained period of time with rest intervals to ensure that work rate is kept sky high for maximum effect. A mix of exercise modalities, utilising the use of weights, bodyweight and conditioning equipment such as rowers, skiergs and assault bike for an all over body workout.

HIIT – High intensity interval training does exactly what it says! Short periods of high intensity efforts with short recovery periods will give you a fast paced workout that will increase fitness whilst complementing other types of training.

Build – The aim of this class is to build your strength, in an instructor lead gym session that focuses on technique and training effectively. Strength is a key foundation of physical fitness which has huge benefits for everyone, whatever your goal.
